This film has a strong atmosphere to it because the majority of it takes place on a submarine, Van Damme & some girl are on the run from danger... Sound familiar? Cyborg, Universal Soldier & Hard Target.
This follows the Blue Print for what makes an action Movie good, it really pays homage to great Action films of the 80s & 90s. Dolph could've been used more but still an enjoyable flick, solid from start to finish.
