This would have been a good action movie. It was ruined by the female lead. The character not necessary and even detracted from the movie. Quite frankly she was written as a 'dumb woman' - but the character is a savvy agent!! Also - the actress who played this character obviously had plastic surgery during the filming.
Her lips are 3 different sizes. In contrast - the female 'bad guy' made sense and was written well. It seems the Bechdel Test has ruined YET ANOTHER movie.
