Review of Black Swan (2010) by Geovane M — 26 Nov 2012
Cinematic, high art and highly ambitious. The struggle portrayed by Portman in her transformation into the Black Swan was memorable and one of her most note-worthy performances. The blurring of hallucinations and reality throughout the plot becomes frustrating, but the directors vision is realized despite a few bouts of horror and over the top moments.
