Review of Black Snake Moan (2006) by George X — 10 Feb 2013
Christina Ricci is deliciously dirty, and Samuel L. Jackson can be brilliant in his sleep; Justin Timberlake is surprisingly convincing as well! The only negative aspect of this movie is that it seems all too apparent that the director and producers held back how really sinister and dark this movie could have really been.
Maybe I am just crazy, but the envelope could have been pushed a little harder.
