Review of Black Sheep (2010) by Joshua T — 13 Mar 2010
I love this movie. It's definately not for the majority, but you can tell it was made for the midnite movie-house crowd, and it delivers especially to them. The gore is over the top which is good in this kind of movie, but surprisingly, a lot of the humor is very subtle, which is a pleasant surprise.
One interesting note--while watching this I kept thinking to myself that it felt like an early Peter Jackson film, like Bad Taste and Dead-Alive. Once the credits rolled, I saw that Peter Jackson's special effects company did all the work here.
I won't lie; it felt really good to call that while watching.
