Review of Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture (1994) by Joshua T — 04 Aug 2018
Everyone seems to compare this film to SF2... The artwork is different and appeals to different audiences depending if they prefer go see more muscular detail or not. What I enjoyed about this film compared to SF2 is the romantic aspect incoprated into the increased will to fight.
As I watch the final scenes I imagine myself in Terry's shoes. How much power could I muster to defeat a god if he lead to the death of my love? Terry did it all. SF2 is based more on the relationship between two disciples which is awesome in it own way but not as applicable to my life.
Just saying.
