Review of Black Sabbath (1963) by Justin L — 20 Oct 2007
Atmospheric and down right creepy Italian horror anthology. It's clear that Mario Bava had a huge influence on modern horror directors and that he brought horror cinema itself to new levels. Boris Karloff steals every scene he is in but every member of the cast is good and keeps the film's tone serious, which is refreshing for a horror film.
Highly Recommended.
