Maybe it has social significance but it is quite lame as story. Little or no real empathy for these characters is developed. But most of all, it is humorless. A movie like Venom had little social meaning but it had humor.
Shame on the 'critics" giving high scores for social reasons alone. This is a film. I give it 2 for handsome cast and effects.
