My wife & I enjoyed this movie as an example of racial tensions side-by-side with personal relationships between racially diverse folks, drug & alcohol abuse, a legal system gone haywire, and love between a grandfather & granddaughter.
It was worthy of our time and our emotional investment in the characters.
