Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger are known for vividly rendered films that also showcase fantastic stories. This is no different, starring the great Deborah Kerr as head of nuns at war with their own suppressed desires, especially when a dashing outsider begins seeing them.
Features an Oscar worthy turn from Kathleen Byron.
