Review of Black Hawk Down (2001) by Liam C — 01 Jun 2011
Black Hawk Down has a lot going for it, with all the hot shot actors and the amazing action scenes that go on for about two hours, however the one thing that kills this film is the lack of character development.
I don't feel anything for these characters when they die, because frankly for the guys who I can't recognize, I have no idea who they are, and I don't care. The only sympathy any of us have is that they're american soldiers.
If these were just random action heroes we couldn't give a crap.
