Great parody/homage to the blaxploitation genre of the 60's/70's with pretty much everything you should expect to find in such a film: big guns, big tits, kung fu, black power, the man, and malt liquor.
It succeeds because it lives up to what it's referencing. It's utterly ridiculous and hilarious and could have easily been featured along with movies like Machete, Death Proof, and Planet Terror in the grindhouse revitalization.
