Review of Black Death (2010) by Michael R — 24 Jun 2011
The film starts out with a promising premise: A group of knights and a monk seek out a village untouched by the plague and allegedly raising the dead. When they finally get to the village the film derails by abandoning the action for a lengthy and "preachy" scene about faith and religion.
Then, just when you think the movie is over - and it should be over - there is a ridiculous epilogue. Not even a "pocket full of posies" could hide the stench of this stinker.
