Review of Black Death (2010) by Kevin R — 28 Jan 2013
It gets off to an awkward start with some clumsy writing, but improves considerably in the second half as it ratchets up the tension and suspense. Well-done period atmosphere and strong performances, particularly from the very underrated Carice van Houten.
Despite its flaws, an entertaining piece of work.
