Review of Black Death (2010) by Johann M — 25 Mar 2018
Set during the time of the first outbreak of bubonic plague in England, a young monk (Eddie Redmayne) is given the task of learning the truth about reports of people being brought back to life in a small village by an alleged witch (Carice van Houten), accompanied by a small group of fighters led by Ulric (Sean Bean).
Quite realistic and bloody, this movie is not for the faint-hearted.
