Cheap and poorly written, with an annoying juvenile jackass lead character, a lot of yak, bad sets, poor attention to detail in the production design and an corny script. Very poor use of exposition. The opening is all talk and zero pertinent action.
They lost me by the five minute mark. This could have shot like Chinatown, but wasn't. What a contrast. This was embarrassing to view. This movie is so cheap I thought it was made for Television.,.
