Review of Black Dahlia (2006) by Jason H — 18 Dec 2008
This one is borderline. For one, it looks great and has a good cast. On the other hand...and this is a big hand...it turns towards the end into an endless stream of outrageous twists, turns, coincidences, and you walk out not knowing who's good and who's bad.
It might be one of the more convoluted conclusions in film history!I However I can't really say I didn't enjoy it. As crazy as it was it was well made and steered by a good director in DePalma.
I liked the cast especially Eckhart and I also think that Mia Kirshner did a good job with what she was goven. Being well made and having twists that border on being so bad you kinda have to laugh I will give this a very mild reccomendation.
