Not quite as good as the original, but if you're into remakes it is fun for a watch.
The acting is pretty cool like in the original and the story though not quite as solid is still creepy and sinister.
There's plenty of gore to go around like most remakes and some of the visuals are a bit cheesy at times.
Though it isn't the greatest of remakes it's a decent enough effort that is far from awful.
