Review of Black Adam (2022) by Geeshta — 24 Oct 2022
One of the best superhero movies I've seen in quite some time. Adam is a refreshing character - not a morally good superhero who never kills but very grey character on his way to find redemption.
The movie also has some political subtext - criticizing the USA exporting their "freedom" to eastern countries and destabilizing them. The best things are the visuals and action scenes which are just superior to anything Marvel has done revently. This is definitely a breath of fresh air in the superhero genre.
