A Fantastic movie! I loved that it doesn't totally resolve everything in the end, and leaves things a bit open ended, so you can make up your own mind. I think that saying concretely that the boy was in fact her husbands spirit would have made the movie a bit cheesy.
It retains the mystique, which is why I love it so much.
