Review of Birdemic: Shock and Terror (2010) by Justin R — 23 May 2014
Made with absolutely no passion. This film is absurd and abysmal from the very first scene. The acting is ridiculous, the cinematography is terrible, the writing is some of the worst I've ever had the displeasure of seeing, and though the film is completely terrible, I still had a good time watching it.
Why you ask? Because it's hilarious. This film is comedy gold, not because it's a comedy but because its so absurdly appalling that pointing out each of its flaws is just so much fun. You can honestly create a game based around all of the flaws in the film and whoever gets the most wins or something.
This is a good film if you're inviting a bunch of friends over and you just want to laugh your asses off for an hour and a half, just don't watch it alone. Though the film is bearable due to the fact that it has ridiculously laughable dialogue, acting, and visuals, it's still an disgusting and terrible film that shouldn't really be seen unless under the circumstances that I mentioned earlier.
