Review of Billion Dollar Brain (1967) by Richard D — 12 Dec 2015
Unlike The Ipcress File and Funeral in Berlin I found this adaptation of the nameless agent to be lacking. The characterization of General Midwinter is just so silly its not laughable. If this character had been more nuanced it would have been a better movie.
The scene with the general reviewing the golden helmeted solders is laughable. Why are they wearing winter camouflage and reflective helmets.
