A very confronting & challenging film for audiences in 1956... basically the breakdown of an everyday man due to drug reliance.
Very dated but still an interesting story that portrays all the manic sides of his personality as he deepens his reliability on the drug.
This film shows the impact it has on his family especially his Son...it's dark & edgy and throughly fascinating...a must see 50's film.
