As far as escapism goes, this is the ideal film for me. It's everything I've ever wanted in an adventure, blending Chinese mysticism and sorcery with the humor and machismo from a career-defining role by Kurt Russell.
Victor Wong as Egg Shen. James Wong as Lo Pan (and for a short while, David Lo Pan). One of the most impacting scenes, for me, was the entrance of the Three Storms. This is my ideal blockbuster.
