Review of Big Trouble in Little China (1986) by Thomas K — 05 Nov 2015

I was all of 30 years old when Big Trouble was released, and actually played hooky from work just so I could see it. It was a decision I never regretted making. It's a combination of many different genres, and it works those genres very well.

At the end of 1986 I was one of the very few who put it on their list of the best films of 1986 . I've owned it on every form available to me and I still anxiously await that deluxe DVD. Heres to hope!
