Review of Big Trouble in Little China (1986) by Zack S — 09 Sep 2010
Chocked full of corny one-liners and senseless violence, "Big Trouble" somehow manages to be very amusing and somewhat interesting.
John Carpenter teams up again with Kurt Russell, off the heels of "The Thing" (in which Russell sports a pretty sweet beard), telling the story of a egotistical truck driver who get's pulled into a war of good vs. evil, fought on and under the streets of California's China Town.
I've probably seen this movie more times then I can count. But then again, I can say the same thing for Troll 2, so take it for what it's worth.
