Review of Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son (2011) by I Don't Know W — 29 Jul 2011
Who says sequels aren't great. Big Mommas House: like Father like son is the conclusion to one of the Biggest (no pun intended) and best trilogy's of this generation. We once again join Martin Lawrence as the uproariously funny big momma, but this time his son gets in on the action.
Folks you dont need me to sit here and tell you this is a great movie full of action, laughs, drama, and even a little romance, you already know that. But I will tell you that after I left that theater with my sexy women lady, she was so turn on by this movie that we had sex right their in the movie theater parking lot.
However the movies not perfect. There are a few things that keep it from being a modern day classic. For example, and I know im not alone on this, it took to long to get to big momma. Her name is in the title of he movie, I shouldnt have to wait through the boring Malcolm Turner moments to get what I really came for.
Also would it kill Hollywood to make the movies at a yearly pace, I get making people wait for things so they'll enjoy it more, but the wait for this movie was ridiculous. Over all It was a Fantastic move with great characters and performances all around.
God bless you big momma.
