LOVED this movie. Very sweet, fanciful, full of love. NOT what I was expecting from a Tim Burton vehicle. Full of love and loss and coming to grips with both rancor over parent's and their decisions AND about the mortality of your parents. Brilliantly acted, Ewan McGregor, Albert Finney [in one of the BEST roles I have ever seen him in in a LONG time] and Billy Crudup are truly mesmerizing. And Jessica Lange shines as usual! I am still in awe over how good this movie AND the actors in it are.
Wonderful story that I shall enjoy revisiting over and over again!!!
