Review of Big Fish (2003) by Syed R — 24 Apr 2013
An incredible film for Tim Burton, it's unlike anything he's done before and probably after. The story about telling stories to his son and what that comes to was incredible. The cast did a great job, especially Helena Bonham Carter who I couldn't even recognize.
It was a nice surprise to find out Marion Cotillard, Steve Buscemi, Danny DeVito, and Alison Lohman were in this as well. I wish Burton could go back to this where he relied on story telling more than Burton-esque style.
