Review of Big Eyes (2014) by Tatsuhito K — 16 Jan 2015
A great-looking film directed by a great visionary director. The script is very well-written. Both Amy Adams and Christoph Waltz are brilliant as the leading roles, and Danny Elfman's score is fantastic as always.
Big Eyes is arguably Burton's most intimate and sincere movie in the last decade. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was refreshing to see Burton taking on a smaller canvas.
