This is a very nice change of pace for Tim Burton who has made a straight biopic unravelling the story of one of the best know painters of the century but who isn't much thought of as an artist.
Against a small domestic con-trick the world of art marketing is revolutionised while a marriage falls apart.
Moments of humour, moments of sadness, a surprisingly genuine film about a big lie.Very well worth seeing indeed.
