Review of Bicentennial Man (1999) by Blæke W — 22 May 2010
An awsome biographical family drama, steeped in controversial life facts though drenched in moral values for the stereo type peoples interested in growing up is for any age.
Using domestic home assistant robot with its principal 'primary law' set o directives, the manufactured software morals of our new friend (nothing without the feelings behind them) are questioning most common facets of humanity from an ultra modern society set marginally into the current future and onwards for about 200yrs.
You'll find this a character style drama with too many likeable quotes to mention.
Peeps also might like 'click' and 'the story of benjamin button'. 'Irobot', 'A.I.' and even 'robocop' could fall into this genre among others. A very all round film.
