Review of Beyond the Valley of the Dolls (1970) by Amanda 2 — 12 Sep 2006
The editing is great, the "scene" is wonderful, the colors dynamic, so why is this film so mean? Meyer obviously hates homosexuals (especially lesbians) and despite the ending narration ("theirs was not an evil love, but evil came because of it") I came away with the impression that anyone who has a different agenda than Meyer should be killed in some horrible way.
Oh well.
