I'm in love with this movie. It captured my heart, hijacked my emotions and made me exhale. Just the right balance of everything. Excellent message, excellent performances. A bold look at the ugliness of pain from not knowing oneself, the struggle of not giving up, and the beauty of finding a you that's true. An important message that suicide is a permanent choice, but choosing to be happy, well....that's just priceless.
Kudos to 2nd Dist. L.A. County Board of Supervisors Mr. Mark Ridley-Thomas on his cameo appearance,...nicely done. :-).
