Review of Beyond Re-Animator (2003) by Will B — 13 Jul 2009
Obviously, there is no plot worth mentioning, and only West's zeal to proceed through the insanity and protect his work manages to cause some impact in terms of psychologically rendering a character above a simple stereotype.
In this movie insanity reigns supreme, until it seems clear the director was more interesting to enjoying the pandemonium than anything else.
Not a bad film at all.. and like many other poor follow ups in other trilogys these 3 films are all worth a watch...
But I must say that Jeffery Combs just plays his part so well in all these movies I cannot help but be a keen fan.
