Review of Beyond Borders (2003) by Jackie — 03 Apr 2007
Certainly exposes another side of the humanitarian effort that many may have never seen before. But the story is compromised by the love story, or rather, illicit affair, between Jolie and Owen. It felt so contrived and unnecessary for a movie dealing with an issue of such caliber.
We can't have everything. Good performances all around, esp. Jolie.
