Review of Beyond Borders (2003) by Raechel B — 28 Jan 2009
This turned out to be a really genuine & great story and it makes you realise just how much work some people out there put in for others at need in third world countries.
And for once Clive Owen is giving a little more "enthusiasm" to his part. He actually sounded compassionate about his character in the film unlike when he just sounds like he's reading palm cards and being bored. Yes it works sometimes but it was good to see him with more "oomph".
The film has what I'd like to call a realistic ending which was difference and moving... So all in all..A pretty damn good movie. Especially toward the end.
