Review of Beverly Hills Cop (1984) by Gautam S — 23 Oct 2012
The hallmark of a good movie has to be how it stands the test of time and BHC comes out in flying colours. Murphy is so good in this one that the character followed him through out his career. Watching it today, there are a very few scenes that seem clunky and the story still holds together superbly.
In the end, however, this is Murphy's film. Or should I say this is the movie that introduced us to the awesome "Axel Foley".
