If I'm honest I'm failing to see why it was so popular as it's nothing special or different, Maybe the fact that Eddie Murphy was in and around his peak helped allot, The film itself is very predictable, Not really enough comedy or action, But Eddie Murphy's charm does help allot but apart from that there's nothing memorable apart from the theme tune, But when it's played in every scene it can get annoying.
