This film has a very depressing theme throughout almost the last 3/4 of the movie. I am perfectly ok with movies being dark and disgusting. But if you advertise your movie as a Home Alone type of goofy horror movie, but it's really not, then you have mislead the audience.
I thought that I would love this movie, I love dark comedies. But the comedy dies down within 30 minutes and is generally mean-spirited throughout the rest. This film could've been great, but was just too much darker than what I wanted.
