This movie is hilarious. But not in the traditional movie sense. The funniest part of this film for me is the quasi-documentary feel, showing interview clips with townspeople, whom I had assumed were actors, who actually knew the real Bernie this film is about.
Wow. Matthew McConaughey and Jack Black are fantastic, Shirley MacLaine is good as ever, and while it starts slowly, by the end credits I was just laughing and laughing.
