Alright, I love the whole story of Beowulf since I read the story back in high school. Sure I went into this thinking it's going to be as bad as the one with Gerard Butler. At first I was refraining from holding my laughter at parts because I just couldn't beleive the way Zemekis was revealing everything he had done. There was moments that I was giggling to myself because of it. I stuck with it and in the end it paid out very well. At least I think so. There was a moment where the animation didn't work out to its potential and it was kinda at a crucial point in the story(if you watch it, you'll know), it was just really choppy and it looked like one of those ghost movements from House on haunted hill. But as I said the ending was very impressive and I loved the entire dragon fight. I am a bit rusty on the way the book ended but I liked the way it went.

On a side note. I think every epic movie should have Brenden Gleeson in it. I just can't see one withouit him...lol...think of it...Braveheart, Troy, Gangs of New York, Kingdom of Heaven...did I miss any?
