Review of Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970) by Jagt P — 30 Dec 2013
Beneath The Planet Of The Apes, though with some interesting ideas, it's a surprisingly disappointing sequel, that got lost with it's plot for a sci-fi TV show episode (which doesn't fit the franchise), questionable visual effects (except the still realistic make-up), a Taylor and Cornelius replacement that is unfitting and unnecessary (though the actual Taylor appears on a supporting role, which is a shame), and (so far for me) the most horrible ending of all time.
