Review of Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970) by Peter M — 16 Jul 2007
The second in the Planet of the Apes series it continues to keep us guessing and gives us a further idea of what happened to mankind. This was a great sequel and I would highly recommend it if you enjoyed the first film.
The only thing that's a shame is that Roddy McDowall was unavailable at the time to play Cornelius. As I understand it, he was already involved in another film project at that time.
