Review of Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970) by Lafe F — 03 Aug 2007
It's diminished without Charlton Heston as a leading man. It doesn't feel like the same planet we were at in the original. The missile cult is the hilight, with their creepy society underground.
It's a powerful ending; I applaud them for that.
