Review of Beneath Hill 60 (2010) by Martin M — 26 Oct 2010
I didn't really know anything much about this part of WW1 and so the story itself kept me very interested throughout. If it wasn't for that I might have found it a bit too slow and lacking in tension towards the end, but good acting and cinematography kept my attention to the last.
The back story freshens it up now and then, which is necessary amongst the constant mud and artillery fire.
Recommended - even thought it's not amazing it's still a worthwhile flick.
