A decent British soccer flick about an Indian girl who longs to play soccer professionally, much to the distate of her very traditional family. I've seen "Bend it Like Beckham" way too many times now, but on first viewing it was fairly funny and well-written.
Plus Jonathan Rhys Meyers is insanely pretty. That helps. A lot.
