Review of Ben-Hur (2016) by Kent H — 23 Aug 2016
For its own film, perhaps some may enjoy the storyline of Ben-Hur. But to many of us...this film's plot just was too cheesy and Hollywoodised to be considered Oscar worthy. It's not bad, but it wasn't a masterpiece.
Please please please go watch the original 1959 version of BenHur! That film won 11 academy awards! Nothing will compare to such a brilliant film.
