I liked this. Why did it get such bad reviews? I don't like remakes either, but it WAS nice to see as actor who actually looked as though he was from the Mediterranean, not Saxon England in the title role.
I liked how the extras also reflected people who live where three landmasses meet. Why wasn't that in the reviews?
