Review of Ben-Hur (1959) by Nelson G — 10 May 2016

I finished watching this movie and I must say that this movie is truly one of the greatest films i've ever had the pleasure of watching. At young age, I never understood what made it special, unique and noticed it in every rental store, until saw it myself, I now know why everyone calls it one of the Greatest films ever made.

The story I must say was absolutely beautiful, the sets were outstanding, the 70mm camera shots were spectacular to look at and the acting was awesome. I especially loved how most of the time through out the movie, was that even though jesus wasn't the main focus, his part in the film contributed to something bigger by helping our main protagonist.

Movies like I wish could be made a little more once in while. Ben-Hur is without a doubt, a great film and god bless everyone who contributed to this fine piece of art.
